Role and Responsibilities: •Enter orders into database, generate pick-slips, and complete paperwork for outgoing shipments •Generate customer credits for returned or defective products •Work directly with customer service department regarding order status and revisions •Work directly with warehouse regarding product availability and inventory accuracy •Working with the accounting department to make sure that all orders are billed, invoiced and in good standing order •Create and update reports as needed •Customer service via phone and email as required •Other related administrative duties as required Qualifications and Experience: •Must have 2+ years previous invoicing and data entry/invoicing experience •Ability to work exceptionally well on a team •Dependable and Punctual with an excellent attendance record •Must possess strong time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail •Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines •Excellent communication skills, both oral and written •Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel •Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent If you are a team player, efficient and organized, then this may be the opportunity for you. Role: Automation Engineer
Details:
A leading international supplier of mineral processing equipment is looking for an experienced Automation Engineer in Langley BC. Duties include: • Engineering continuous improvement in standard automation panels for rotating machinery products and custom applications. • PLC programming and control logic with VFD, HMI and instrumentation. • Developing custom solutions for special automation/integration requirements. • Helping direct subcontract panel builders and developing global supply chain. • Inspecting, troubleshooting, commissioning, documentation and training. The qualified candidate will be: • Well qualified engineer or technologist with demonstrated hands on experience. • Controls specialist with focus on PLC programming and software development for variety of hardware including Mitsubishi and Alan Bradley. • Experience in different communication protocols and VFD motor drive systems. • Self motivated and eager to take ownership of product automation responsibility. • Detail oriented with good English communication and interpersonal skills.
